As Associate Dean, Dr. Krissy provides leadership for academic programs, certificates, and educational pathways that prepare learners for in-demand careers. Working at the intersection of education and workforce readiness, she helps align learning with workforce demand and industry skill needs. This work gives her first-hand insight into how workforce demand shapes learning—and what learners and emerging professionals need to prepare for it. Her experience helping shape education policies also informs how she guides clients through the systems, requirements, and opportunities that influence their choices. Combined with her perspective as a first-generation graduate and refugee, this brings a distinctive blend of institutional insight, workforce awareness, and personal understanding to her coaching.
